4) Keep
backup copies of your files - All media (ZIP, SyQuest, CD) is fallible
and subject to damage. Do yourself a favor and backup your valuable design
work prior to sending to GPO.
5) Use Adobe Acrobat to test your files. Adobe Acrobat is a type
of Software RIP that is similar to the RIP's used by commercial printing
companies. If you are unsure of whether your file will properly image,
you can use Acrobat to test your files. See the PDF
