On December 31, 1997, the U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO) completed the
Biennial
Report to Congress on the Status of GPO Access, an online information service of
GPO. This report was written in accordance with the requirements of Public Law 103-40, the
Government Printing Office Electronic Information Access Enhancement Act of 1993.
