FY 2001 and FY 2002 Depository Library Referral Report

Beginning on May 2003, the methodology of the depository library referral report was changed to reflect changes in technology and a more accurate assessment of which Web pages should be considered Government information content. The methodology used to create the report was changed to allow libraries to register domain names and to focus on those referrals that pointed users directly to PURLs. When the report was originally designed, only referrals from a Federal depository library's main page (as registered in its directory record through the FDLP desktop) to Websites on GPO Access were recorded. An archive of those reports is available below:
