September 20, 2001 Shipping list number correction

The correct shipping list number for 2001-0012-M, dated September 10, 2001 is 2001-0474-M.

May 8, 2001 Corrected USGS Shipping Lists 2001-14-TQ and 2001-15-TQ

Corrected USGS shipping lists 2001-14-TQ and 2001-15-TQ were posted to the Federal Bulletin Board today, in File Library USGS2001, linked to near the bottom of http://fedbbs.access.gpo.gov/fdlp01.htm.

According to USGS, the original shipping lists were created and distributed to GPO in March. When USGS began setting the maps up for shipment, errors were found on Shipping List 2001-15-TQ and corrected. The map identified as Coronodo Mountain, VT- 1:24,000-scale was found to be Coronodo Mountain, AZ - 1:24,000-scale. This map was removed from Shipping List 2001-15-TQ, added to Shipping List 2001-14-TQ, and sent with that shipment. The Lewis, Stephentown, and Westport, NY maps listed as 1:24,000-scale flat maps were actually 1:25,000-scale folded maps. These were removed from Shipping List 2001-15-TQ and will be added to a future list.

February 21, 2001 Corrections

1. The wrong item number for D 114.13:K 84/PHASE 4 appeared on shipping list 2001-0010-S, dated January 24, 2001. The correct item number should be 0344-B-01, not 0334-B-01.

2. Libraries have been claiming C 3.215:H 170/98-15, item no. 0141-A on SL 2001-0102-P, dated Jan. 31, 2001. This publication wasn't included in that shipment. Instead, it was distributed on SL 2001-0104-P, dated Feb. 1, 2001.

3. On Friday, February 16, 2001, the following corrupted shipping lists files were loaded to the Federal Bulletin Board. Those files were corrected today.

Files in question:

Paper: 2001-0105-P, and 2001-0112-P through 2001-0119-P

Electronic: 2001-0014-E and 2001-0017-E

January 31, 2001 Incorrect Shipping List
Some libraries may receive 2 copies of shipping list no. 2001-0102-P dated January 31, 2001. The correct list has 30 titles. Item 0141-A, class C 3.215:H 170/98-15 has been removed and will appear correctly on shipping list no. 2001-0104-P dated Feb. 1, 2001. The shipping list that identifies 31 titles can be discarded. A corrected shipping list will not be issued.

If appropriate, News items will also be included in Administrative Notes and Administrative Notes Technical Supplement.
